I'm 14 years old, currently weighing roughly 108 pounds (5'4).I decided it's time to get some abs instead of loafing around all day.I can currently do 40 reps, and I do about 10 sets per day. The thing is, it feels like there's not much of a difference, maybe it's time. I've only been doing this for roughly 3 weeks. I was just curious on recommendations on how many per day, I'm a novice at exercising so I don't have much of a clue of what I'm doing. I know to skip every other day for my ripped muscles.
I'd just like to know how many I should be doing. (I'm trying to have the abs show).
