I haven't done a sit up in years and years and so its hard for me to do a whole lot at once. I've been doing 3 sets of 15 bicycle crunches (counting up after i've done both sides instead of counting up per leg) ie, after I do the right and left motion I count 1, instead of 1 on right and 2 on left. I wait 30 sec. between each set. After that I wait a minute and do 3 sets of 10 regular crunches. Is this a good place to start? And how many times per week? Also, am I counting the bicycle crunch reps correctly?
