How many bathrooms do i need for my lounge?

Legally can I use just 1 unisex bathroom in my smoking lounge? Or do I need 2 separate bathrooms? Legally what are building requirements for Exits, Fire Extinguishers etc.?
 
sounds like this is a business go to your citys hall and find out go to the zoning office
 
you should require people to wear diapers. that way you wouldn't need any bathrooms, much more efficient.
