The best answer is none. They didn't intend to produce any.
I get questions like this all the time - people will say "Hey, I own this 30-year-old car with [insert non-original feature] and I know it's 100% totally original". Then I'll say "Really, how long have you had it?" and they'll say "Two weeks". 99% of the time it's just wishful thinking. I'm not sure how people get so nutty about modified cars, but it's very common.
Even if you did buy the car new, and it came that way, we would still have to conclude that the dealer did it. We'd probably even speculate that they wrecked the car getting it off the transporter and fixed it.
Even if you worked at the factory, and you saw it come down the line that way and roll onto the transporter, we'd have to conclude that it was an accident.
In either case, the question dissolves. How many mistakes were made on the assembly line? The official PMD answer is none. how many cars have been modified? The official answer is I don't care.
