I wanted to get a tattoo on the palm of my hand, but when I went to an artist he refused to give me one. He said that they don't last long and bleed a lot, and that I would have a hard time finding an artist that would put a tattoo on the palm of my hand. I never pursued it. Now, on the eve on my second tattoo I see pictures of tattoos on palms--the ink isn't bleeding. Just trying to get some answers.
