How long will it take to ship from U.S to Canada (item won on e-bay).?

Buyer is in Canada, seller is in U.S. Too be more specific, It is coming from Renton, WA and travelling to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. I have heard 5-10 days from 2-4 weeks, I am clueless on which to believe. So, once the seller ships the item, how long would you estimate it would take to arrive on my doorstep?
It's 4500 km apart. (1875 miles)
