day plus lifting weights daily? I am trying to get in really good shape by August 2nd because I am trying to get back into soccer. I will be a senior and so It is all or nothing. Either I make varsity, or I don't play at all. This is really important to me. Am I doing enough to be in shape by then? I would like to be in shape my July, so I have a month where I can perfect my skills and strength and everything.
