How long will it take to canoe 21 miles with 3 strong paddlers and camping equipment?

Theres a couple of problems with your question. 1 How are you going to balance 3 "paddlers" plus gear in 1 canoe? The canoe is going to sit very low int he water, making it harder to paddle. How do you know it will be low wind? Weathermen have problems predicting weather for a couple days in advance.

How do we know how fit you are? Maybe you can paddle all day long but can the other 2 guys keep up? Or maybe you`ll get exhausted within the first hour because of the weight of the canoe and how much drag is caused by it sitting low in the water. There is no possible way for anyone on the internet who does not know you to give you a completion time and average speed.

I recommend starting just before sunrise, use head lamps until the sun breaks over the horizon to get an early enough start

Plan is to canoe full circle round a lake over the span of 2 days.

Conditions: Combined human weight 600Lbs plus tent, camping equipment and supplies i.e beers.
Cold winter conditions with low wind.
5-6 hours of paddling while its still light.

Looking for estimated completion time, average speed and any tips anyone might have.

Thanks

Camy

First of all we have been out in the canoe with the three people a number of times, even with equipment so there are no problems there.
Im saying its low wind because I am just looking for a rough answer. Taking weather into account will complicate answers.
I'd hope the word 'strong' would be enough for even a simple answer but what i mean is all three paddlers are strong men, with both canoeing experience and good stamina. Again im not looking for an exact mathematical calculation here.

The previous answerers seemed to do fine with the details i have given so guess that makes you stupid?
