It may take you anywhere from a couple of days to a month. My advice is to watch her video and put her movements in counts. When she moves her left hand up thats 1, if she turns her body 2 and so forth (examples I dont know if she actually does this lol). Also do this on beat. There probably is no step by step videos so watch her video on Youtube ALOT hope this helps.
