how long will it take me to get from 85-99 fishing in runescape?

I will be training by fishing monkfish.it takes me 5mins-7mins to get full ineventory. I need to know the answer in number of weeks and hours played per day during those weeks. willing to play 3-5 hrs per day. please do min and max calculations. Thanks.
ooh is there also anything that could help me with fishing?
