X-country ended & i was doin off-season 4 a while, i stopped & now want to be a sprinter. The last time i sprinted 4 a race was 3yr.s ago, so my muscles aren't used to it yet, but i really want to to do shorter distances 4 now, so how long do you estimate it could take to get used to? & Any advice from any1 who has done this? & Lastly, in your opinion which did you like best: x-country or track?
