How long will it take for these exercises to help me get to my weight goal?

I weigh 160 pounds and I am 5'6" and I want to weigh 140 pounds here is the exercises im doing and also i am eating healthy

Monday:Dance Video
Tuesday:Yoga
Wendsday:Strength Moves
Thursday:Tyebo
Friday:Sport

Saturday and Sunday: Walk fast
