I smoked 4-5 times a week for the past month. I'm 6' 180lbs and about 10-12% body fat. I lift 5-6 times a week and run 3-4 times. I drink a lot of water, take vitamin B pills and use creatine, all of which I heard will help out. If I'm taking this test in 2 weeks or possibly less, should I be alright?
