my husband has a 98 dodge dakota v6 sport and it has 2 times that amount of miles on it and it hasn't had any major problems and it's still going strong.

it should last you to 200000 for sure but watch the tranny that is a dodge problem

it should last you a long time,i have seen those come in the shop with well over 300 thousand on them, the one thing you will need to do on it though is change the timing chain and gears around 150 thousand, and change the transmission fluid in it at;least every 40 thousand, and the rest of it should hold up good i own one of those trucks and all i have done to it in 200 thousand was replace the timing chain and gears and replace the water pump once on it and then the rest i count as regular maintenance, like brakes and things like that,it hasn't given an major problems though and never once has it left me stranded on the side of the road,i seem to have better luck from some of the dodges than most people do though, but i maintain them really well,i had two of those trucks and gave one away as gift,it was the nicest of all the ones i own,but someone needed it worse than i did, good luck with it.

We use a 92 dakota for a shop truck and it has well over
