i am 13 and i just started to use the ab lounge about 2 times a day for probably 45 minutes each time. i eat healthy lots of fruit and stuff and i drink a lot of water like 5 glasses a day.
im not really trying to get like perfect abs but more of trying to lose some weight.
ALSO
i want to try to lose 15lbs before school starts so i have about 5 weeks to do it.
will i be able to?
