I want to buy a dirt bike from a local dealer, but they say that 5 years ago someone left it there to get fixed and then never came to pick it up, and back then they didnt want to go make it legally theirs because it costs more to do that than they can sell it for, so I was wondering how long until this dirt bike becomes legally theirs?
