...the "United Chinese Nations" under the threat of severing diplomatic ties, closing its markets, and imposing economic sanctions against any nation opposing this move?

It seems that the PRC doesn't feel any need to comply with the existing UN Charter. Why not give everyone a chance to be a part of the new "UCN" Charter?
