Im 5'3, 128 lbs. I use to weigh 113 but recently i have put on a lot out of nowhere. Im very uncomfortable with my current appearance. So the beginning of this week i started a new diet. According to "My fitness Pal" I should be getting 1200 calories for dietary purposes. Ive also been working out twice a day, once after breakfast, and once before bed. I've cut out pop to a couple times a week. For my work out I do 40 situps, side leg lifts (4 sets of 12) lunges (however many my legs can handle) leg lifts, and resistance push up for about 45 seconds. I do this workout both times. and then i may dance for about 20 mins or so. If i continue to workout like this how long do you think it will be until i see a real change and drop back down to my goal weight of 108? ... Or is there anything I can do to see faster results but still live a healthy lifestyle?
