...my bike? I was riding my bike and accidently put only the front brake on and flipped over the handle bars. I landed on both knees and my palms. My one knee is still a bit swollen and it hurts to kneel on it and both of my palms are still sore to the point that I cannot hold a plank position in my excercise classes. I also feel as though the one palm is a bit swollen as well. This accident was almost 2 months ago now and I am becoming a bit more concerned,
