how long should i work out at the gym?

ok so i want to know how long i should be working out at the gym. for the past few weeks, since school got out, ive been going 7 days a week for 3-4 hours. i usually start by running on the tredmill for 30 mins, the go play basketball, the go workout...im 15 years old, a girl btw, and i just want to know how much should i be working out, or if this is too much?

any advise would be so helpful.

wow thats a lot but thats actually good if you can workout for that long.
all you really need is to workout for 3-4 days a week but working out is never really bad.
but i would cut down a little.
like go 5 days a week or 4 or something
but its up to you
 
lool, noo wat your doing is infact very healthy. you just need to burn more calories than you intake.
1lb=3500 calories
so 3500x2=7000
lose 7000 calories or more and you'll lose one poun in one day.
im actually doing this and i went from 160 pounds to 158 pounds!

p.s drink 8-10 glasses of water each dayy
 
Listen to your body, if you are not feeling tired or fatigued, then go for 3-4 hours a day but if you are, id say 2-3 hours
