how long should i warm up my 93 acura integra in the morning before going to work?

the temperatures are going to be between 30-50 degrees soon, how long should i warm up the car before heading onto the road? i usually let it idle for 5 minutes, but i'm not sure if the car needs it, or if i am wasting gas that way. what are good warm up times for the different cooler temps coming up the next few months? thanks for any advice =D
 
With electronic fuel injection EFI, you really don't need to warm it up at all, maybe 30 seconds, 2 minutes is plenty, just for the sake of it, just dont over rev it when its still cold. Now if it has a carburettor, yes let it warm up for a few minutes.
