I plan to use it every single day. After my classes are done on Monday and Wednesday and then as soon as I wake up on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (I will most likely take Sunday off unless I feel like working out)
My dad just bought a Schwinn Exercise bike (not the tall kind, but the one with a seat that you adjust to move forward or backward) and i'm trying to lose some weight.
Can I just use the cycle to lose my weight? I'm a nineteen year old female. I'm about 5'9- 5'9 1/2. and I weight about 160lbs (last I checked) I plan to lose however much weight will get me looking how I want to look. I'm aware that just by doing that i'm not necessarily toning and shaping my body how I want it to look, but i'm only focused on losing the extra fat I have.
Walking and running in my neighborhood is out of the question. (it's ghetto........)
