Hi! So I'm almost 15 and I am not really fond of my legs so I thought that riding a bike could help out. I'm usually very busy but I really want to have lean legs so I will make time for it. I just don't know how long to do it for. Should I ride it everday? how many hours? I don't want to overdo it but I don't want to underdo it either. Any tips would also be helpful. Thanks!
