...backs).? My friend says that i should do 4 exercise in a day which target the same area of big muscle group
As example , on Monday i will do 4 exercise for my chest and triceps.
Hence, i would like to ask how long should i rest between exercise not sets and i would like to
clarify that is it possible to do chest press and incline chest press in just a narrow gap of time?? If yes ,
how am i supposed to do each of it since they use the triceps and i'm working them until failure.
