My husband and I are TTGP and I've been off BC since February. I am Insulin Resistant and have always had abnormal periods, except while on the Pill. Now I think my last period was in July or August. Maybe longer. How long should I wait before I talk to my doc and see if there is anything to be done? I know that being IR makes periods fluctuate but I know that if I'm not menstruating, I'm probably not getting pregnant any time soon.
How long should I go without a period before I talk to my dr.?
