How long should i go on an exersize bike for?

ok i'm 15 and in kind of average shape but don't go out much, i've got an exersize bike and how long and how often should i go on it to get fitter
 
You're supposed to do 30 - 40 minutes of Cardio 2 -3 times per week. You should do various forms of cardio instead of one (running, walking etc). My advice, do 20 or 30 min on the bike then walk or run for 10 - 20 minutes. You should be fine. Good luck!
