Hi, I am cooking a 1.5lb sirloin steak tonight. I either want to pan fry it or put it in the broiler. I would like it to come out medium. How long would you recomend cooking it for? How do I know when its at medium? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks !
