Where are you going to get clients???? Better start joining networking groups like the chamber of commerce and so forth NOW...and join other business associations like the Rotary, and so forth...get involved in the community.
Lawyers are a dime a dozen...what does working for someone have to do with working on your own.....you are CERTAINLY not going to be able to solicit your fims clients unless you want to get your ass sued off.....!!!!!!!
