How long must I not smoke before general blood exams, so that it doesn't show ?

I have been smoking for about 2 years and my parents don't know anything about it. I have to undergo some blood tests and I don't want them to find out due to abnormalities....for how long must I not smoke ?

P.S I don't mean pot, I mean normal cigarettes
