How long is the bullet in the air for?

Any help would be appreciated.

A bullet is shot at a horizontal target 50 meters away. If the bullet hits 3.5 cm below where it was aimed at, how long was the bullet in the air for?
Yeah that's what I thought too, that's all I was given on a physics hw problem.
 
I think that would depend on the gun it was shot from or at least caliber of the ammunition. Different guns shoot at different fps so cant say how long it was in the air for without knowing how fast it was traveling.
