This is a VA loan process. This is now end of day 7. At first the Loan Officer says it was going to take 2-3 days. Then on the 3rd day, he said the underwriters are backed up for 5-7days. On the 6th business day, he said we will have the letter by the end of the 6th day, early morning by the 7th day worst case scenario. Tomorrow is day 8! Is something wrong? Should we look somewhere else? This is for Pre Approval not pre qual (we got pre qual already).
