How long does the court have to find my trial by declaration?

Due date for the ticket was November 12th. I sent in both my bail and trial by declaration Fed-Ex. It was received on time and I have the documentation that they signed for the package. It is now December 2nd and they cannot seem to located my paperwork. Is there a time limit where I automatically win my case?
