...financial issues? Ok. I lost my job in June of this year and then my room mate who was my brother moved out and i had my daughter living with me. I didn't know what was going to happen, So me thinking of my daughter. I called up her father and wrote out a statement that said, that i give him temporary custody and hes mom and fiance signed it and got it notarized. Well Somethings have happened like, her father going to jail for 30 days and his fiance [what seems like] taking over my role since they see her more then me. I have always found a way to take care of her for 2 1/2 yrs. Now that i have found a job and live with my best friend who LOVES my daughter. I want her back but don't know what to do..since my situation is different.
