How long does it take WoW Gm's and support to email back?

I was recentley hacked =[ and i sent a email to WoW support @ 3 days ago (friday night) , then on Saturday another one to WoW support , and yersterday another one to WoWGM asking for my account back in all three....there has still been no ANSWER ! how long will it be until they answer me back and give me my account back ! its horible i am ever so worried
