I sent it in Wednesday should of got there Friday. Today I received a text stating that they received it. I am asking because I want to make sure I don't get charged anything, Phone is slightly damaged, but not on the screen for which I was making a claim. I should of made an insurance claim. I have the total protection plan thru verizon, but the guy on the phone had me do a warranty claim.
How long does it take to process a Verizon phone warranty claim?
