How long does it take to lose weight through exercise?

I'm a 17 year old guy and i started jogging/running for 30 minutes everyday on my treadmill. So far for 4 days now (just finished a workout). If i keep this up everyday, how long will it take me to lose weight. I also plan to start dieting such as only eating veggies and fruits from now on, maybe with some meat every now and then.

I'm not exactly excessively over weight i weight about 180 pounds but im mostly muscle and i want to get rid of most of whatever fat i have.

BTW, i try and push myself a little everyday like for the first day i just jogged for 30 minutes, next day i jogged mostly and ran a little, on the third day i ran and jogged for 15 min each. Yet today i just felt TIRED after just jogging so i just ran for 5 minutes and jogged the rest few minutes, is that normal?

Any running tips or dieting tips from experts?
 
If you kept that up for about a month you would probably lose 90% of your fat. Make sure you are dieting well though because eating random carbs when you are really hungry from running so much will slow your progress significantly. Try to eat as little as possible between 3 medium sized meals per day. If you add in some abs workouts you will see even better results.
