how long does it take to learn these, htmlx,css,javascript, asp,php and sql?

Say I read and work on them, 2 hours a day. How long it will take me to be 70% Professional?
*After I learned these, can I create websites such as "blogs" from zero?
*social sites?

I think it depends on your ability to learn, and how long it takes you personally to grasp the concepts. Two hours a day, really isn't very much. Considering i am taking comp sci in school, I am in class 2-3 hours a day, and the homework on top of that is at least 2-3 hours per class...

But everyone is different. Some people get it, some people could spend hours and hours and not understand a thing.
