My son is 11 yrs. old and has ADHD we tried Stratera so his appetite would not be affected. We were not seeing the desired results with his school work/behavior while he was on the 40mg. of Stratera. I called the doctor to see about putting him back on his concerta (medication from last year). They gave me his prescription for 36mg. Concerta and told me it was ok to just switch. I did, and i am very uncomfortable with it. I am worried about ODing him. I gave him 1 dose of Concerta the following day and he did really good throughout the day with wanting to do yard work but as the day passed on he got obsesively talkative and showed signs of anxiety. When is it safe to give him Concerta after taking him off of the Stratera?
