How long does it take to get custody of my child without contest?

My daughter was placed in my care in 2001. CFS took her away from her mother and placed her in my care. I am not on the birth registration or certificate. I for some reason have never made it to court. Meanwhile my ex is on her 4th kid and living the high life. I am on my third lawyer in 8 years. I cannot even get child support.......why is this possiable? can someone please help me........Please!!!
 
go to court get child support and seek full custody that shouldn't take morre than 2months!
 
You first need to establish your rights as the father by paternity. You will have to file a suit, submit DNA evidence, and then once that evidence is presented to the court, you will be given all the rights and duties of a parent.

After paternity is established, you need to file a SAPCR asking that you be given custody of the child, and she be ordered to pay support.
 
You have had idiots for lawyers. Call legal aid in your state they may can direct you or help you with getting help. A deadbeat mother is as low as you can get. See if there a men's organization in your state that will help you with this.
