I have been using klonopin for 10 years at .5 twice a day. It really has no benefits except maybe slight reduction in anxiety. Recently, I had back surgery and been on norco( 30mg of hydrocodone) for 6 months. I am now off the hydro and its been tough. I have found that taking 4 mg of klonopin has helped with the withdrawal of the norco. I only have been taking 4 mg of klonopin a few days and will stop the 4mg amd resume the .5 twice a day pretty soon.
My question is how long can I take the high amounts of klonopin before I'm physically dependent on this stuff? 1 week? 2 week?
