How long does it take TMobile activity to register?

how long does it take T Mobile call and text activity to register online. I need it to track my teenager at school to be sure she's not abusing her phone privileges
 
I checked the website and really couldn't find an answer to how long it takes. It may depend on the billing cycle. But, if you sign into your MyTmobile account and go to monitor account , view details, click on show all messages
and click on the number you want to search it should give you all the text sent and received by that number.
