I ordered a 'Pay As You Go' plan online yesterday for my phone - just the plan. Right after I pressed the check-out button, Rogers sent me an email saying: "Your order has been submitted; however we are unable to activate your phone at this time. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your phone is activated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For help, please call 1 888 542-7437 to contact our activations centre. Thank you for choosing Rogers Wireless."
I was wondering if anyone knew how long it would take for my phone to be activated. It has been over 24 hours since I made the order, should I call them? Or does it normally take this long?
