how long does it take for model agencies like ford or elite to contact you?

i'm 15 5'7 and i want to be a model i have been told i have a sense of unique Beauty like lluvy,(cycle4) rachel(cycle13) and eugenia( cycle7) from america's next top model and i am starting up my Portfolio i want to send some photo's to model agencies like elite, ford, Wilhelmina, and other agencies so i was wondering how long does it take for you to be contacted after sending in your portfolio?
ps. i live in new york
