Send a confirmation of what? Did you apply online and your waiting for a confirmation of somoene actually looking at it, or that they are scheudling an interview. If they do it through corporate, I bet they get a thousand a day. I would go up to the restaurant your applying for and ask like asst mgr if the mgr isnt there. Some websites send me a confirm and some do not. I just continue applying when needing a job until I get a call or hired directly. Good Luck!
