I am looking to become a new customer but I am pretty annoyed at Crcikets policy, if I use 30 minutes and my phone bugs out after that I am basicllty out of luck and I need to pay $25.00 to have them send it to the manufacuer to be fixed. Why cant they issue a replacement right there..especially if its within 30 days.
I am worried about how long it takes to get my phone back or determain it neeRAB to be replaced, and if they will replace it for free. Im shelling out almost $200 for a phone.
Does anyone have any info on this? How long it takes for the process, if they replace the phone, and if so for free.
Or does anyone use a 3rd party like Squaretrade or some other company that does warantys.
