How long does it take for a GM to contact you on WoW?

I'm having some problems with my World of Warcraft, and I need to talk to a Game Master urgently. I can't do anything in the game, so i'm quite bored. I was just wondering how long it would take roughly for a Game Master to contact me at around 2am? European Realms btw.

Uuum when you open a ticket it will give an estimate of how long it will take. Since it's so early in the morning I doubt it would take very long. Whenever I open a ticket it doesn't take as long as it says it will.
 
Hey,

In my experiance it's taken anything between 30 mins and 2 days.

For what it's worth I always found that the shortest ques were encountered at level 80 whilst waiting on tickets about heroic instances.
