I bought a bunch of crickets and also went to the grocery store. When I got home I set them in a screened in porch and it was between 27-32 degrees and left them there while I unloaded the car when I was done unloading maybe 5 or so minutes they where all sitting at the bottom upside down, I thought they were dead. I have baby chicks under a 250W heat lamp. I held the cage under the heat lamp and they came back to life in just a few minutes.
How long does it take for a cricket to die in 32 degrees or colder temps?
