i am a 14 year old male who is 140-150 pounds.. i am a little bit big around the stomach but nowhere else. i have been watching what i eat and have been staying away from junk foods. also drinking LOTS of water. i also have been biking about 16 miles and on top of that do 10-30 pushups and crunches a night. how long will it take for me to see results of a six pack forming?
