How long does converting a page to HTML take?

I've designed a 8 pages using photoshop, that I want to make into my website. I've layered and labeled the whole thing. I want simple link functionality with some drop-downs. Now I think I want to convert it to HTML. I have someone already to do the back-end stuff, but how many hours of work does front-end take after the designs are complete on Photoshop?
 
You cant convert an image or page you worked from Adobe into an HTML; because they are two different languages. However, if you get an FTP program (FrontPage, Dreamweaver, etc), you can copy and paste all of that into an already blank HTML slate and configure it that way.
