I took a simple urine drug test Thursday 02/18/2010 at 2:30 at Quest Diagnostics. Its for Bevmo so I was wondering how long it will take them to get the results back.
With my company it takes 3 days for us to get back the results from the lab and normally 2 more days until someone calls you to let you know everything is ok (or the opposite). So my best answer to you would be a week.
